OUR VISION OF WORK:
The design is developed with the use of 3D CAD systems, which cut down on prototyping and production start-up times, ensuring high standards already at the preliminary stage. During the product engineering phase, BAWER technicians use standardised methodologies (FMEA and Risk Analysis) to carry out careful assessments of possible causes of failure and risk with the identification of the necessary corrective actions.
For Bawer, respect for the environment is not an obligation, but a duty. The Bawer production process is “all in one”: conception, design, engineering, production, assembly and installation, and after-sales service. Each stage is followed with scrupulous care and attention, to guarantee our customers a level of product and service quality tailored to their needs.
For our products, we use steel, in its different finishes, alloys and thicknesses, each corresponding to the specific use required by the different market areas.
The choice of raw materials is careful and rigorous, just as scrupulous and continuous are the control tests on each individual component, at all stages of the production cycle, up to the dispatch of the finished product, to guarantee its absolute perfection.
The integrated use of other materials such as fine woods, glass and lighting systems is ensured by working with a specialised network of partners, controlling and guaranteeing their quality and reliability.
Technological innovation is the added value of our company. The machinery used for steel processing is highly innovative, allowing processing with advanced technologies such as laser cutting and welding and tangential bending, air bending and resistance and arc welding (TIG – MIG – MAG). The high technological content allows Bawer a very high degree of flexibility in production.
