This position will be responsible for developing and managing commercial activities for the Medical Business Unit, focusing on solutions for highly complex healthcare environments. Specifically, the role will include:

  • Collaborate with Management to analyze revenue and margin potential in domestic and international medical markets.
  • Develop medium-term business development plans in line with corporate strategies and regulatory developments in the healthcare sector.
  • Propose and monitor strategic agreements with hospitals, clinics, and public and private entities to generate new business opportunities.
  • Organize and develop the sales division for your area to achieve the objectives set by Management.
  • Maintain customer relationships at all stages of the sales process: pre-sales, sales, and post-sales.
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, conferences and industry events
  • Conduct periodic market analyses and prepare detailed reports for Management.

Required qualifications:

  • Degree in technical, economic, or related disciplines (proven experience in the medical sector will also be considered).
  • Experience in sales roles in the medical, healthcare, or related sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of English; knowledge of a second foreign language is appreciated.
  • Advanced knowledge of Office applications.
  • Availability for frequent travel in Italy and abroad.

Main activities:
