BAWER SpA is increasingly committed to meeting the needs of its customers and clients every day. BAWER SpA ‘s corporate mission is defined by the following objectives:

General objectives for Quality:

  • To provide high quality products that meet all customer expectations in terms of Performance, Quality, Reliability and Effectiveness;
  • Provide products that continuously improve BAWER ‘s image in the national and international markets;
  • Provide products that meet regulatory requirements.
  • Increase BAWER ‘s presence in national and international markets.
  • Promote awareness throughout the organization of the importance of meeting the System’s requirements and increase the capabilities and motivation of personnel in order to ensure effective and efficient performance for all the organization’s processes.

General objectives for Health and Safety:

BAWER SPA intends to constantly maintain a high level of commitment to aspects such as Health and Safety in the workplace, consolidating its competitiveness thanks to a responsible and correct attitude, through continuous prevention and improvement work.

To clearly demonstrate our commitment to these issues, the requirements of UNI ISO 45001 have been applied to our Integrated Management System for years. We have developed and consistently implemented working methods that ensure compliance with all international and national standards regarding work, health, and safety, ensure continuous improvement of our performance, and promote transparent and constructive dialogue with all our stakeholders.

With the UNI ISO 45001 standard, BAWER SPA is committed to:

  • Comply with all applicable regulations regarding health and safety of workers;
  • Improve the Management System for safety aspects;
  • Carry out periodic health surveillance of workers;
  • Maintain our current and future operations and processes in compliance with Health, Safety and Employment laws and regulations;
  • Provide our staff and all those who come to work on our site with the necessary operational tools and training appropriate to the type of work carried out;
  • Continuously monitor the presence of hazardous substances within the plant;
  • Disseminate information on company risks to all workers;
  • Carry out all activities with the primary objective of preventing accidents, injuries and occupational diseases;
  • Manage the machinery used, the systems, the equipment and the workplace in such a way as to safeguard the health and safety of workers;
  • Periodically review our safety and health plans, systems, and objectives in light of new information.

General objectives for the Environment:

  • Take care of the surrounding environment and maintain good relations with the populations living in the vicinity of the operational site;
  • Pursue a policy of continuous improvement of its environmental performance, minimizing, where technically possible and economically sustainable, any negative impact on the environment of its activities;
  • Carefully monitor all processes (internal to the company and/or in any case connected to them) for environmental impacts;
  • Pursue pollution prevention with the utmost consideration;
  • Raise awareness among suppliers of goods and services on the contents of the Environmental Policy;
  • Eliminate or reduce emissions, discharges and waste, adopt technological processes that offer the best environmental impacts in technical and economic terms;
  • Use eco-friendly products where possible;
  • Implement a careful and selective waste separation management process to improve waste management in the recovery and recycling chains.
  • Evaluate the environmental aspects of operational activities and adopt management procedures to ensure that facilities and processes offer the greatest environmental protection;
  • Conduct training activities for all employees to encourage any initiative aimed at protecting the environment;

General objectives for HOSPITAL TECHNICAL FURNITURE

  • comply with the regulatory obligations set forth by Community standards for the production and marketing of our products with the CE mark;
  • possess an Integrated Quality Management System that, thanks to the collaboration of all staff, is able to prevent, detect and correct non-compliances thanks to a careful risk analysis and the identification of the resulting opportunities for improvement;
  • offer customers a service that prioritizes value for money while complying with numerous legal requirements and maintaining a standard that consistently exceeds required parameters;
  • offer full availability and absolute rigor in the timely resolution of any problems;
  • production of products that fully comply with the regulatory and mandatory requirements required by the applicable pharmacopoeias, standards, guidelines, directives and laws, as well as with what

To achieve these objectives, BAWER SpA has implemented a corporate Integrated Management System that satisfies the requirements of the following standards: UNI EN ISO 9001, IATF16949, UNI EN ISO 14001, UNI ISO 45001, through an approach based on the risk-based thinking methodology for each process and whistleblowing for internal reports.

The aim of the System is to comply with the requirements of the schemes listed above, as a means of satisfying both the organizational needs of the Company and those of the “Customers” and Stakeholders (all interested parties).

In particular, continuous improvement objectives will be formulated periodically. These objectives, defined by senior management , will be documented and communicated to stakeholders. The company objectives, in accordance with scientific and technological progress, will apply to all the organization’s activities and processes.

Everyone, within the limits of their respective responsibilities, must consider Quality, environmental protection, and worker health and safety as issues of primary importance and integral parts of their work. All employees are encouraged to suggest improvements to their work.

Top Management is committed to providing the necessary resources for adequate staff training and efficient maintenance of the Integrated System, in order to achieve the highest levels of financial performance and employee satisfaction. Specifically, a Top Management representative has been appointed as Head of the Integrated System . This person is responsible for ensuring effective management of the implemented Integrated System, interacting with suppliers, employees, customers, and the Certification Body.

This policy is periodically reviewed for continuous improvement, taking into account changes in legislation, the requirements of its code of conduct, etc. This policy is disseminated to all BAWER SpA personnel through noticeboards and training activities, and is available to the public in an effective format and style, through all possible communication channels, and in any case whenever requested.
