BAWER S.P.A., in its capacity as data controller under artt. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation 679/2016 – General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), and in accordance with the obbligations laid down by the Legislator in the field of privacy protection, with the present wishes to inform you about both the use of your personal data and your rights, as follows:

Exclusively for the above mentioned scopes, data will be disclosed, besides the data controller direct employees, to external collaborators appointed for data processing whose list is available in the Data controller headquarter.
e) TRANSFERS
There are no Personal Data transfers to Recipients outside the European Union.
f) DATA STORAGE
All the received personal data will be processed respecting the principles of legality, fairness, relevance and proportionality, only through those modalities, including Information Technology and Telematics, strictly necessary for the achievment of the above mentioned scopes. In any case, peronal data will be stored for a period of time no longer than the one strictly necessary for the achievment of the above mentioned scopes. Personal Data for which storage is not necessary or for which storage is not allowed by the relevant legislation, with reference to the indicated scopes, will be deleted or anonymized. Please notice that the softwares employed for the personal data processing are originally strucutred to minimize data usage.
