The building BAWER stretches over an area of 45.000 m², of which 16.000 m² are dedicated to the production and 4.000 m² include offices at three levels.
The management and production department, well organized, is specialized in the realisation of steel and stainless steel components and articles.
The versatility and the high technology of the production equipments grant top levels of flexibility, productivity and quality, by allowing the realisation of a complete range of solutions that fully satisfy customers’ requirements.

The technology and know-how achieved make possible sophisticated high precise processings on the steel sheets with thickness from 0,5 to 6 mm and give the chance to personalize the products by means of customers’ logo.

The synergy between the TIG welding qualified process and the high technological laser welding one grants a mix of skills and chances able to provide solutions for customer’s numerous requirements and always of top quality standard.

The high technology and flexibility of the production processes and the attention for the reduction of the operations without added value have led to the realisation of a high automated new building, which is dedicated to the processing of the sheet and includes a smart warehouse that supplies and receives automatically materials and semi-manufactured products from robotized insulas, in which the phases of laser cutting, blanking, fold and laser welding are elaborated.
The development and management of the web site are guaranteed by the high specialization of BAWER technical staff , that optimizes each processing phase in a plan of continuous improvement.
